I once asked a friend of mine (a doctor) why he doesn’t check out women like he used to do back in our early 20s. He said women hide very ugly things underneath their stylish clothes: cellulite, stretch marks, scars from CS, marks from bleaching, marks from drug syringes, terrible tattoos, etc.

He’s an Ob-Gyn. Actually now that you mention it, he actually complains about younger women: bleaching, tattoos, drug needle marks, UTIs and poor body hygiene.
In fact, he says older women are significantly much cleaner hygiene-wise.

This is why rational men like slim ladies. With slim ladies what you see is what you get. With “thick” ladies aka fat ladies you get a rude shock more often than not. This is also why thick ladies are usually very insecure and always looking to lose weight
