Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has made an
election promise to the Maasai community that
will not go down well with city residents.
Speaking on Wednesday, February 8, in Dupoto-
Darfur in South C area, Kidero allowed the
Maasai community to graze their herds anywhere
in the city, including the Central Business
District.
He only disallowed them from grazing their cattle
on the famous ‘Kidero grass’ that grows the
length of Mombasa road to Waiyaki Way.
