So today she asked me if I have ever or have smoked ‘long cigarette’ and I wonder why shes asking. She has probably read that Canada has legalized it, I think discussion came about because when I was looking for post secondary school I’d applied to Canada but Visa nikanyimwa (Swansea called me out on this one).
