Everything becomes expensive, so nothing changes really. If you are at the bottom, you remain at the bottom. Some of those developed countries in Europe and may be North America have been enjoying cheap prices relative to the earnings of their citizens because they stopped doing manufacturing and shifted it to Asia where labour is cheap. But things are changing now as labour in China, and other countries is becoming expensive. In the coming few years, things will be tough everywhere
