Purple Njoo kipande hii. 14yr old raped in police station

On 3rd October 2018, a 14 year old girl was sexually abused inside Tigoni Police Station cells where she had been put together with fully grown men. Its worth noting that this gal was LOCKED UP in a police cell yet she was awaiting to be taken to Kiringiti Centre for Girls in Kiambu since she is orphaned. She was not a criminal to be locked in a cell.
Why in the 1st place was the orphaned girl, who was purportedly in protective custody while being processed to get into Kiringiti Centre for Girls in Kiambu, be put in a cell full of vile men?
Despite the incident being reported, the officers at the station didn’t get her medical treatment until on the 16th of October, thirteen days later. They also refused to record the rape despite it happening in their station.
When the young girl got to Kiringiti, she narrated the horrible ordeal to the matron and was taken to Kiambu County Hospital. The hospital in line with the law couldn’t treat her because she didn’t have an OB number.
In the presence of the matron, they went to Kiambu Police who refused to give an OB number because the incident should have been recorded where it happened, in Tigoni. The officers at Tigoni who refused to give an OB number.
They went back to Kiambu Police who pitifully agreed to book the case strictly for the girl to receive treatment. The Kiambu Police OB was then used to get her treated at Kiambu County Hospital.
The girl is now three weeks pregnant and Limuru OCPD Eunice Githure has been trying to cover up the story of a girl child being sexually abused under her watch and is even planning an abortion of the unborn child.
The OCPD, Eunice Githure, who refused to allow the case to be recorded at her station, is a Suprentedant yet according to police regulations, an OCPD should be Senior Suprentedant.
NOTE: I have edited to add the OB from Tigoni Police Station that was issued on the 16th, while the rape occurred on the 3rd

Nkt. Watu wamekuwa wanyama kabisa, who will save us in this country?

Huyo Eunice Githure ni shetwani pia, How can she???

hata kama ni passion …

I condemn the act in the strongest terms.

…and worse, being a lady, haku saidia this young girl.

from the OB extract it says she was with other children who were also being processed and the alleged rapist was a minor too au?

Na nikasema hapa, adui wa wanawake ni wanawake tu.
The fact that she allowed the kid to be locked in the cells instead of using other options is in itself sad…and she’s probably a mother with a daughter…

They did this intentionally. She was raped by police officers who I assume got rid of their uniforms and entered the cell pretending to be prisoners or these in the cells paid the police to bring the child to them. No other explanation to this incident. They all criminals and the OCPD ni mwanamke? I have noted some women are worse in treatment of girl child than men.

ile yauma sana ni eti bado they are still in office
(huyo OCS and all the officers who were on duty that night)

this sounds bad…like it is a sin to be a woman but is alright tunaelewa what you meant.

We are living in interesting times

Hii yako naye ni bhangi sasa…

Bhangi ni wewe meffi… You really think a girl will be raped in a police cell without the police colluding with the act or being directly involved in it? Kenyan police stations are not that big. Most cells are a shouting distance from the OB desk. Tafakari hayo.

did she shout? did you read the OB extract accompanying the story?

Afungwe Kamiti block D to experience the trauma that girl went through.

sue the state become a birrionare

As you have said, I was highlighting the fact that she, being a lady, should have helped that girl. I agree the sentence construction was not appealing.

Shienzi yeye

:mad::mad:…This is unacceptable.
