Purely Unconstitutional

If the wakora judges postpones the election tomorrow, they will be going against the constitution, which says the election should be done within 60 days. Therefore, the president should also go against the ruling and demand the election to be done and be swown in immediately after the declaration of the results.

For me, tomorrow is the tipping point. We are witnessing a Judicial coup. But I can see the strings and I can see where the fire needs to be lit to break the strings.
If maraga postpones the elections unconstitutionally atajua hajui.

The Judiciary is standing at the precipice…One more wrong move and it will be the end for them…It is very clear where Maraga’s loyalty lies…

Ile case ya tuju haijawai pewa ata a judge kuskiza, this is open bias

If uhuru allow Maraga to postpone election tomorrow then he will have face a lot of bloodshed in the coming months. This his chance to kill two bird with 9ne stone (judiciary and Nasa). Let them make the ruling and tell them it is unconstitutional and carry on

Kesho they will rule that election can not be credible same script with Akombe, Chebuakti and Nasa. It does not matter if it’s unconstitutional or not as long that is their ruling it is final and Nasa will sing that to their supporters and they will say they are now justified to stop an illegal election any means possible. Jubilee better do something very drastic between now and the ruling!
