Protect Your Kids Online By Enabling Safe Family Browsing With Built-in Feature On Brave Browser

Brave Browser enables pornography filtering through built-in content filters, strict search settings, and custom DNS settings.

To enable, navigate to Settings > Shields > Content Filtering, activate “Blocklists Anti-Porn,” and set Brave Search to “Strict” mode. Using CleanBrowsing or AdGuard Family DNS in Brave’s secure DNS settings provides stronger protection.

How to Activate Adult Content Filters in Brave
Enable Anti-Porn Lists: Go to Settings > Shields > Content Filtering, click “Show All,” and enable “Blocklists Anti-Porn” to block known adult sites.
Activate Strict Search: Open Brave Search settings, go to settings, and set the Safe Search toggle to Strict.
Secure DNS Settings: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Security > Use Secure DNS. Select a custom provider like CleanBrowsing (Family Filter) or Cloudflare Family to block adult content at the network level.

Additional Family Safety Tips
