So they have grouped all Luo and Kisii communities into Nyanza. Luo population is 4 times Kisii population. That means the governor will automatically be a Luo.
Obado will rule over Kisiis.
No mkisii will ever vote for such a referendum. @Eng’iti

and that was the reason why the counties are the way they are, there was so much vested interests such that no community wanted to share resources with others. Just look at the wrangles between Murang’a and Nairobi over water.
