Yes. A lot of people forget that 12/54 in terms of wealth in African countries (some of which have gold and diamonds), means that Kenyans, by default, are capable of extraordinary acts of humility and extreme patience to people who think all of us are slum dwellers.

Corruption is inevitable in places with a lot of government redtape. If the incentive for a faster process is something that can be paid for.. it will be considered an expense or a running cost. So yes, hii story ya âmtu wetuâ will be exploited to itâs logical end, so long as thereâs an incentive to take shortcuts.
