Professionalism in business

I took my bike to those so called vibanda garage . This mafundis 80% huwa wale wa changaa n spirits nasikuwaonea they make quick n fast money but majority rarely know how an engine operates all they can do is replace the parts… so my bike has gear issues , gear 1 haingii so i buy complete. Set of gears juu sitaki tusumbuane nawao eti haina kitu flani na flani … i buy the set , new rings, valves, oil n caskests plus 1k ya fundi … by 4 pm fundi ashamaliza the bike starts …hata before nifike job same problem is back …keshowe namkuta he tells me labda tufungue side ya magneto n am like no wacha ibaki tu hivyo … days later i take the bike pale zimmerman kwa wachina m charged 5k for complete overhaul diagnosis n within 3hrs the bike is good as new … it then dawns on me with a million bob u can start a professional garage in your town n employ proffessional mechanics … customers dont care much about the prices but the quality offered … back in my home yule fundi ananiuliza au ile shida aliunda imerudi tena … ngui yeye …naitwa macha bado nauza gas but serikali imeamua kutumaliza

Just wondering what is the take home for this, is it:

1 unprofessionalism of local mechanics
2 professionalism of Chinese mechanics
3 One million is enough to start a mechanic workshop
4 my name is machaa
5 I’m selling gas
6 zakayos economy is not stable

Wakenya wengi hawajui biashara, mindset yao huwa quick single returns na sio kukeep customers, yaani mwanabiashara heri akugonge the 1st time na hasau story yako instead of creating a good relationship with a customer ndio customer aendele kuja kwa biz yake ir recommend others to do
