Prof. Kithure Kindiki: I've practised law for 22 years, I'm an advocate of The High Court of Kenya

Karibu kwa system, Chris. Saved my career.

Wrong party.

It’s extremely disappointing that lawyers call what they do ā€œpracticeā€

It’s called that, because it’s a career where you keep learning as you advance in your career.. medical doctors use similar terminology to describe their private careers i.e. private practice.

Many things go wrong, and some people get unlucky in the course of that practice–in both cases. Think of our village elder, the Contortionist @rexxsimba practising surgery on you.

Fair point. The important thing to remember when dealing with private practice individuals is that cost is a flexible issue. In law matters for example, I can get $10 million of legal representation for free, because of my previous and ongoing contributions toward the field of female legal practice.

Which means I can take anyone to court. Any court.

Hehe, no wonder you butt your nose into everything. On KT we know you as a joker. You won’t get any clients here.

Kindiki hajafunza university for more than 4 years.

Kindiki hajapractice law for more than 5 years.

Izo miaka 20 amekuwa member wa LSK, lakini hajakuwa akipractice law.

Bro wake, na influence ya Ruto ndio zilifanya akakuwa professor.

Wait, you think I’m an actual lawyer?

.. With all these typos? :joy:

Wow. You’ve never seen legal documents, have you? Even a wrong semi-colon and your case is basically thrown out before initial statements. And you still have to pay the fees (aside from me, I don’t pay anything).

Season 2 Lol GIF by Insecure on HBO

I didn’t say you were, I said you are a jokeršŸ˜†

Hehehehe..

Lawyers and Doctors ā€œpracticeā€ their craft their entire professional lives.

The delicate nature of our vocation demands that we are in a constant ā€œpupillageā€ bondage..

Just like how I always refer to myself as a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, though I still indulge in a glass of fine whiskey now and then and smoke blunts regularly. Couple a times a day. But atleast I don’t do lines or any other hard drugs no more. And reminding myself that I’m in recovery is one way of balancing between staying clean and falling over the deep end.

All alcoholics are recovering until their next bottle. You shouldn’t have exploited that turning water into wine miracle as proof of destructive alcoholism.
