Been having a problem of getting text messages quite late, kama text message za Friday ndio zinaingia and a barrage of them, jana na leo hakuna text message nimepata. What could be the problem? Zimekwama kwa hewa ama Safaricom kwanza wanazisoma
How? Text messages usually expire after 48 hours and report delivery failure to sender. From Friday? That can’t be true.

Cant you put them to max kwa settings, either way messages are coming in late

The max age of 48 hours is set by provider. That’s how long the SMS center (SMSC) will hold a message pending delivery. The only explanation is your phone is delaying the notifications.

they are coming in batches causing my phone to freeze up. What does TrueCaller have to do with the delay?
The New True Caller automatically blocks incoming messages , had the same issue na nikaitoa.
