and they have to be on a massive scale to warrant the involvement of the eyesisi.

The power of “Nolle Prosequi” …

This is a favorite technique used by the Office of the Attorney General …

  • appear in Court as “Amicus Curiae” ( a friend of the Court) in a Civil Action they have interest in.

  • hijack the proceedings and commence a State Prosecution.

  • terminate the process by entering a “Nolle Prosequi”.

It works for the Regime every time …:rage::hotsprings:
