This is the main airport in St. Maarten in the carribean. Being a small island, the runway for this airport is relatively short and therefore planes have to come in at a very low height. Adjacent to the airport is the Maho Beach. Holiday makers get to enjoy watching low planes landing. If you love aeroplanes, this is like heaven.

In other Flight Related new,British Airways is reviewing the its Emergency Evacuation procedures after this plane caught fire just before takeoff.
The crew of Flight BA2276 has been left with some explaining to do as most passangers are seen carrying their luggage as they walk away from the burning plane.
There are strict rules on evacuation and getting your luggage is definitely Not on the list.
