Government froze civil servant recruitment even if someone retires that position is filled by promotions. The only people recruiting fresh staff are TSC, KDF and other security services. I agree though that government press is lagging behind and needs to be reworked.

Guka, what Uhuru and Mama Jomo have done is a perfect TKO. It is the same as graciously inviting JaKuon to all the events he has āboycottedā since 2013, and the empty seat is visible to all Kenyans. Never pay utoto in kind.
