France wouldn’t allow their puppet President to go home. Maybe he dies in office. He live in Paris and has only been to Cameroon for a month in the last 5 years. They don’t even have to sent their ambassador in Yaounde to get things going. He right there. They ran the country fully and as long as the government officials eat with Paris then all is well. Even the genocide up North is considered a minor internal unrest. The west know francophone keeps France from being a poor Portugal who will be a serious burden for eu it they lose West Africa. So they let them steal and plunder as they wish.

I think we should change our definition of a country and require them to encompass certain ideas or properties for them to be called such. Otherwise they are just territories. In the case of cameroun and Biya and with France pulling major strings in the background, I dont think this “country” has attained a certain threshhold to be called a country. Its merely a territory on the planet. How do you have a president who lives mostly in France and you call yourself a country thats ruled by him? Over half your foreign reserves are in France and you say you have freedom of action? These are not countries but French territories.
