This thing, eti reception has been slow is because it’s not as cheap as they imply .
If you an average self builder, putting up a home for yourself ,this venture requires upfront cash flow.
You can’t do the slow build step by step as you gather cash.
I tried finding this factory , drove all the way and couldn’t get to the premises because of the horrible roads.
The company doesn’t market itself well , no offices no website, unless they have one now .
Getting details was almost impossible .
Then comes the contractors fee because not many fundis know how to work with this technology ,so the ones available behave like neurosurgeons ,and charge rates that if compared with the normal brick and mortar ,it comes to the same cost.
In my opinion ,this technology is not yet cheap for the average home builder.
If you are a developing flats and any large scale projects, then it will save you money.
