I visited the place 2 months ago, somewhere between raya and sankuri , costs aside ,this is a project I laud the govt for setting up.
though I sometimes bash the jubilee govt, they have done a good job with north eastern compared to the previous regimes. Theyve been connected to the national grid , a highway being built to wajir etc
Theyve sunk more than 10 billion shillings on this solar project only.good job!
