Ethiopians are the 2nd highest population in the Kakuma Refugee camp. So your people move to Kakuma and back. I have never heard of Kenyans going to slum over in Ethiopian refugee camps :D:D:D

Why don’t you search a little bit more and tell us about metrics like GDP, GDP per Capita, HDI .
The fact is, even using your metric on poverty rate,Kenya is doing a little bit better than Ethiopia. Simple logic, currently Kenya has a GDP of 109B with a population of 50 million, Ethiopia has a GDP of 95B and a population of 110 million. This means the GDP Per capita of Kenya is almost twice that of Ethiopia.
Also note that different countries use different metrics when reporting about poverty rate, depending on where you are under the following categories; Developed, middle income, lower middle income or least developed . According to financial institutions such as World bank & IMF, Kenya is categorised as a lower middle income country while Ethiopia is classed as a Least developed country.
