Will watch it. Mental health issues are real. V real. But the law is the law too. V fine line in there and this is where medical history/evidence past and present and to some present the future comes in.

It does and sometimes people get the help they needed even if it means they are detained in institutions. I have great sympathy for mental health sufferers.
