odm paid mpesa agents a few years back to mine their tel no’s and names on the booklets for the okoa babuon miserably failed referendum bid. That’s why many unsuspecting people are also registered as members. Safcom realized that and amended the booklets not to have a column for Tel no’s.

I remember checking the same huko 2013 Jan and found these thieves have gone an extra mile to steal our personal details for the benefit of their own benefit. It’s not a surprise nmejipata nko JP.
