KENYA POLICE TAKE EYE FROM MAN FOR CURFEW VIOLATION
A bodaboda operator lost his eye after he was beaten by police officers enforcing the ongoing dusk to dawn curfew.
Michael Maina was on his way home a few minutes past 7pm on Sunday, April 18, when he was ruthlessly beaten up by police officers in Eastleigh, Nairobi county.
He was rescued by locals who rushed him to Mama Lucy Hospital where his eye was removed.

Kenyans need to know that we are dealing with non-reasoning, dumb characters called the police. Avoid them at all cost.
We are setting a very dangerous precedent in this country of lawlessness. If the police do this what will thugs do? I’ve never heard a thug has removed an eye.
