None of police bosses has any role in the claim. The widow only needs the death certificate to start the claim process. The husband had already listed her and their children as next of kin in the life insurance forms. Once the claim is submitted the insurance company will confirm the same with Police Hq and then start the process of payment. However you don’t get the full 10 million at once but spread out in a few years. This is wise as they don’t wish you waste it all in ventures that may not work. They can even recruit you to a training course for entrepreneurship to better learn where and how to invest the claim wisely. All armed service employees now have 10 million each life insurance and 10 million each health insurance for themselves and family.
