Plastic bags should be banned. i am willing to pay extra for different stuff. Where it is inevitable, such as in the case of polyurethane condoms, it should be illiegal to dispose them in the regular way. In fact, every landlord/lady should have a special bin/incinerator for pads pampers and cds.

Too many vested interests in Kenya. Combined with our brand of useless politics, I doubt if much will come out of this move.
Manufacturers will only bribe some people here and there and the move will be set aside. It has happened many times before.
