Picketing, Demos and TMT

Before i make my play, let me remind you what happened last year. The Knut was intent on disrupting the learning in schools by going on strike for an increament awarded by the Courts. I questioned the role of the courts in making rulings in a vaccum. Why would a single judge or bench, usurp the powers of five other independent bodies to make rulings that put the people on a corrision course. The courts couldnt and shouldnt rule in disregard of the other moving parts on the board.
Faced with a ruling tgat could not be operationarised, the government did the unthinkable. It closed all the schools and rendered the strike mute. The Sosion of this world had to swallow their pride and calm down. In short, the government burnt the houses instead of waiting for Knut to. (Refer to my commentary then]

Today, the government was faced with the same situation. A court ruling in a vacuum. Ondunga making a ruling that TmT should hold his peaceful demos and recieve police protecion. We all saw how peaceful the demos were. So Cord is using the constitution to rape the constitution… And those given powers to defend the constitution should stand guard at the rape. The courts perpetuating a culture of reading a section of the constitution in isolation.
So the government has done one better. You courts, you want chaos…we will give you chaos. All demos are now outlawed for the good of all. For peace. For stability. In short, the Red berrets have the go ahead to keep peace, …at what ever cost. If you have no idea what this means, let me explain…you remember Manono… The guy whose butt was reconstituted by a red berrets boot…that one… That was very very humane.

Though i am all against police brutality, i am with the government on this. I think TMT and his group of sycophants should be arrested and held without trial for the rest ten years. I wish more but i can’t write that.

So brace yourself for caved in skulls and very many broken bones. I dont wish death to the demonstrators though. Most are driven by stupidity and cheap liquor. Thats not a crime worth life. But i wish Euthenasia was legal in kenya…

The constitution we adopted and which the President is quoting when he refuses to participate in the mutilation of IEBC is the same one that say that Kenyans have the right to picket and hold peaceful demonstrations.

The government CANNOT ban all demonstrations, it can only do so for those that are unlawful and violent in nature. And You cannot declare a protest violent before it happens, you can only do that at when it is actually happening.

Funny thing the machinations of TMT have taken over our very own @mabenda4 that he forgot a long time ago that he had the title of The Hekaya Grandmaster. We are poorer for that.
The machinations are so pervasive that @gashwin does not even remember the osungu.dll marking scheme that he used to judiciously around the village paths…
I say ban all of them. Ban even the thinking of a demo…

The demos are about iebc and the future of the country. it is easy to be blinded by hate when you feel threatened but just know that at the end of the day kenya is greater than any of us or sections of the country. you can’t expect perfection in opposition’s demos while you yourself are already questionable in your standing as a government. the less this is seen as railas agenda the better placed we are as a country to come out of this more united.

And predictably just like in 2007/08 when Nyong’o told a press conference that he had written to Lois Moreno Ocampo to protest police killing of ODM protesters, they are at it again. Provoke the government, then when govt tries to restore law and order, cry wolf to the international community. That’s the game plan.
TmT tests how much he can push the government.

The narrative that TmT has suffered a lot for this country and everything he does is only for the good of the same country is a pile of swine shit. The universe conspires to deny him the presidency because he is a spineless, clueless man.

You cannot read parts of the constitution that are only favorable to you! having said that, you cannot also subvert the constitutional remedies because you don’t like them. yes the constitution gives you the right to picket but it also outlines way of solving issues like the iebc!
Why should the government break the law to please a few people? the funny bit is that babuon wants dialogue outside parliament then the resolutions taken to parliament for passing into laws; the same parliament with a jubilee majority! how will that work?

A time comes when a people cant swallow any more shit from a silly teary eyed old geezer and his pose’. The narrative that the podside dwellers will make the whole ungovernable should now be answered. You crooks that cause mayhem should realise that you dont own violence, you have no patent and monopoly in chaos and wanton loot. There is a people whose ability to bring it on, right to your door step, is well documented. When the said feel threatened , the repercusions will be monumental. The government and the constitution must defend and protect the pond dweller , and the mountain dweller too. I dont care about Iebc, i just want to hustle without stopping a stone with my teeth, or having my kibanda burnt. The Icc came in play when a certain people took a stand. They dont brag, but they are no strangers to Ape games.

Just wondering, has TMT planned his game to the end?

Suppose UhuRuto agree to dialog, and they, babuon and the flower girls sit over roast maize and agree that the commissioners must go. Then what next?

Does uhuruto make a roadside declaration that they are fired? Or does babuon (or even that mama threatening to suck DP’s balls) do it, coz either way, it would be a futile declaration in light of what the constitution requires regarding removal of the IEBC team.

Or what exactly follows after it is agreed that Hassan and team waende wakikaukanga? Could someone pls explain to me how it is planned to work?

according to TMT, they are supposed to come to an agreement outside parliament, then take the agreement(s) to parliament for ratification  the same house with a jubilee majority!
