Adonbilivit…he must have added something, maybe some gloss to make it more realistic. Also, maybe it’s just me, but it doesn’t make sense to spend all that time drawing something that could be easily made in a flash with a camera. If you’re going to draw something, at least make it look like it was drawn, like what @old monk has posted.

True. The more photo realistic it gets the more it loses its art value.
This requires lots of drawing skills but not so much artistic skills.
