Phone sensors not working

Sensors on my Redmi A1+ seems to have stopped working at some point in the past few days. I first noticed when when Lift to wake and auto rotation wasn’t working. I looked into it and found out that the compass wasn’t working either.

I will say i did update the phone and have also dropped the phone from my bed which cracked the screen protector a little so that might actually be where the problem started which would honestly be silly because i’ve dropped my other phones many times without any issues aside from a cracked screen protector.

I’ve tried factory reset but the issue is still there. These CPU-Z readings have been stuck like that.

So what i would like to know is if any of you have experienced sensor problems on your phone and whether this is a software or hardware issue.

Wait for another patch of updates, na usiwahi update simu before doing your research, count your self lucky ni sensors tu azifanyi Kuna watu simu zimekuwa bricked.
