Ku unlock modem try putting another line which is not from the modem service provider then ikikuprompt ueke code then toa. alafu unitumie IMEI ya hiyo modem nikutumie code. kisha you repeat process ukifika pale kwa code weka code ile itakuwa nimekupa.
