Hii ya 10k forms missing I think nimesema mara ka kumi nasikia na wewe tu. Nowhere have I seen anyone mentioning this fact. Please direct us to where this information is. Thanks.

I was watching these former IEBC comissioners during an interview on NTV, they said that IEBC can/is allowed to announce results if the remaining votes will not make a significant difference to the results as announced. Like at the time of announcement, only 300 or so polling stations were remaining, collectively the votes there could not make a significant difference to the results at that moment so they could safely release the results. But Anyway, wacha tuone what court will say. I saw that IEBC posted today that all forms are available on the public portal.

A technicality is 0.001% of form 34A missing.But 7days after 10k forms NOT available…thats approx 6 million votes not verified. Jubilee better have a proper defence team in place

You seem not to understand. The court of appeal said that the true locus of free and fair election is the polling station. You cannot create 34Bs from the air and declare a winner

Actually now they have only delayed it by 14 days and that’s their last move.

The opposition is doing every thing in haste and all their decisions varies from bad to worst.

In Bomas they needed only 290 forms the 34b or 34c i guess

There is a letter chiloba did to NASA…cant trace it on the web…it says iebc dont have them…will upload when i find it

I hope that letter is dated after Uhuru was declared winner because I think I had seen something similar. It was in response to NASA first letter if I’m not wrong which was way before final tally.
