I saw a similar argument where they were literally taking the ‘size’ of Dar and saying it was bigger. A size that is actually several times bigger than New York.
They measure the size of their city using the boundaries drawn on the map, not the actual reality on the ground.
Only like 10% of that administrative size is built up.
