German Diesels are the best according to me. VW is King of Diesels

When you say best diesel car, what yardstick are you using as a measure? Is it Performance? Durability? Consumption figures? Load capacity?
That I already know. But hata wakiwacha production leo huko EU hapa Africa VW bado zitakuwa mpaka ma 2030s
Rule of thumb; want to carry loads? Go for diesel else petrol. They are cheaper and easier to maintain.
