Pepsi making an entry into Kenya. Should Coke be worried?

Nimeona roadshow ya Pepsi ukipita hapa Galleria heading to Rongai to entice the peasants there.

Wacha wakuje, their drinks are usually 10-30% more in volume and cost same as coke equivalent. In Tz I think they may even outsell coke

In Ethiopia too ata US

Pepsi has been there, kwanza Glass bottles. Naona PET yao ndio wanaanza kuproduce in Kenya b4 they were importing from Tz. Wamestep up publicity tu.

Pepsi already has a factory in Ruaraka, the 7Up Bottling Company. They have been around for quite a while although they started small. In 2020, all Pepsi in glass bottles in from Kenya although the plastic ones are imported from TZ. This is just marketing and publicity.
That factory must be big though because it is taking on several Coca-cola bottling plants in Kenya. I think there are at least like 7 bottling plants for Coca-Cola products
