Guys have started using this stuff like p2. @Luther12 is there a possibility of this stuff losing its efficiency with multiple use by an individual or over a cluster in a population?

I really had a debate in my head between which word to use. Had gone with efficacy first, but i havent had my morning coffee so my mind told me otherwise.

Plausible. Partly the reason why PEP guidelines have evolved to use full HAART: to minimize chances of viral resistance/mutation.

Pole. That’s mostly commonly seen with Lopinavir/ritonavir, so called Kaletra. The one in current use, Atazanavir/ritonavir doesn’t have diarrhea as a common side effect, just transient cosmetic jaundice.
