These old churches - ACK, PCEA, AIC - have income generating projects whose income does not trickle down to the parishes. For instance in ACK, the parishioners are supposed to pay for the pastors salaries. This is tough especially in the rural areas where they have proliferated so many parishes, such that many have membership of less than 100.
