Patco's Whites Are A Crazy Lot...Who Can Explain This?

5 fetuses were discovered in a house where an anti-aborton activist was staying

Progressive Anti-Aborton Uprising, where Lauren Handy serves as director of activism, said it plans to hold a press conference about the incident next week.

The home was occupied by Lauren Handy, an anti-aborton activist who was indicted along with eight others Wednesday by a federal grand jury.

Handy is accused of felony conspiracy against rights for a blockade inside a D.C. abortion clinic in October 2020.

D.C. Superior Court records show Handy has a history of legal issues related to her anti-abortion activities. A D.C. charter school filed a civil complaint against her for trespassing in December 2015. She was arrested for unlawful assembly outside the school earlier that year, and at different locations in 2019 and in January for unlawful entry and blocking an entrance. Only one of those cases resulted in more than a ticket. That case stemmed from a March 2019 arrest at the Washington Surgi-Clinic — the same clinic in the indictment Handy now faces. The charge was dropped in July 2019 for want of prosecution.

DC Police Executive Assist. Chief of Police Ashan M. Benedict told reporters Thursday the fetuses appeared to have been aborted in accordance with D.C. law.

Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, where Handy serves as director of activism, also did not immediately respond to a request for comment but tweeted later Thursday that the organization planned to “address the claims surrounding the 5 deceased children found at Lauren Handy’s apartment at press conference in DC.” The press conference is to take place on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m., but no other information was given.

In the indictment unsealed Wednesday, prosecutors say Handy called the clinic pretending to be a woman named “Hazel Jenkins” who needed an abortion and made an appointment for the morning of Oct. 22, 2020. That morning, Handy allegedly approached a clinic employee and said she was Hazel Jenkins there for her appointment. When the employee opened the door, the indictment says, Handy and the other co-defendants forced their way into the clinic. In the process they allegedly knocked the clinic employee over, causing her to injure her ankle.
Once inside, the defendants allegedly moved chairs to block the entrance to the clinic’s treatment area and used chains and rope to tie them together.

While inside, one of Handy’s co-defendants, Jonathan Darnel, allegedly live-streamed the blockade, saying at one point, “We have people intervening physically with their bodies to prevent women from entering the clinic to murder their children.”
The indictment charges all nine defendants with conspiracy against rights and clinic access obstruction. The first count is a felony carrying a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

Handy, who founded the anti-abortion group Mercy Missions, hasn’t limited her anti-abortion activities to D.C. In 2019, she and another group of protesters that also included Goodman, were charged with a felony for allegedly resisting arrest at an abortion clinic in Michigan. That charge was reduced earlier this year to misdemeanor trespassing.
Laura Meyers, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, said the group of anti-abortion activists was familiar to her.

“They have protested at our facility on 4th Street many times and have been disruptive," Meyers said. "They have harassed patients, they have obstructed patients and no one should have to experience that intimidation for trying to access health care.”
Darnel as well has been involved in other anti-abortion protests in the D.C. area. In 2019, WUSA9 reported that he joined a group of protestors who set up outside Dunbar High School with graphic anti-abortion posters.

Geezus.

Ok ,she’s against it,goes to a clinic to cause chaos, fetuses are found in a house she was staying?

Satanists. Not really so surprising when you know such cults exist

In fact I don’t understand why abortion (abo_tion) is censored. It’s absurd, coz it means we are trying too hard to be politically correct by shutting down discussions on very important topics. How will you communicate, if you cannot use the normal word for something? It’s not a dirty word, otherwise they should also censor words that denote similarly abominable acts as rape, murder, genocide, homosexuality, etc., so that no one can discuss them.

A Florida Teen Was Killed As He And Another Teen Took Turns Shooting Each Other While Wearing Body Armor, Police Said
Ellie Hall - 4h ago

A 16-year-old was killed as he and another teen took turns firing guns at each other while wearing body armor, according to police in Florida.

The shooter and another teen have been arrested in connection with the death.

Joshua Vining and Colton Whitler, both 17, were arrested Thursday, the Belleview Police Department said in a press release posted to Facebook. Vining was arrested on suspicion of aggravated manslaughter of a child with a firearm, and Whitler was arrested for providing false information to law enforcement. Both teens are being charged as adults, police said.

Police said that they received a call about a shooting around 7 p.m. on April 3. When they arrived at the home, they found Christopher Leroy Broad Jr. had been shot inside. He was taken to the hospital and died as a result of his injuries.

“Over the last several days, BPD lead detective Sergeant Michael Miley investigated this case, and discovered evidence to prove that Vining shot and killed Broad,” the police department said in a statement.

“Through the investigation, it was determined that Vining and Broad were taking turns shooting at each other while wearing a vest which contained a form of body armor. Vining shot at Broad while he was wearing the vest and he was struck. Whitler, who was initially interviewed as a witness to the shooting, misled officials with inaccurate information about what took place and who shot Broad.”

According to affidavits obtained by Click Orlando, the shooting was captured on a cellphone video by an 18-year-old who was also at the home at the time. The video reportedly showed Vining holding a bulletproof vest and a 9mm gun up to the camera and asking if they “had ever seen anyone get shot with a bulletproof vest on.”

At one point in the video, Vining shoots Broad, who is wearing the vest. According to the affidavits, Broad then nods, and Vining goes on to shoot him four more times, Click Orlando reported.

WASHINGTON CITY, Utah —

A woman accused of fatally crashing her car into two cyclists and then driving away claimed her irritable bowel syndrome caused the crash, arresting documents state.

According to the police affidavit, the cyclists were brothers from California who were in Washington City competing in a race.

An individual who saw the crash happen said the two were riding in the area of Coral Canyon Boulevard and Telegraph Street just before noon when a Hyundai Genesis swerved into the bike lane and hit them.

“The speed of the vehicle is undetermined, but the posted speed limit is 50 mph,” officials said in a press release.

They said both cyclists were found unresponsive, and life-saving measures were performed at the scene by witnesses until first responders arrived.

Officers said both patients were transported to St. George Regional Hospital where they succumbed to their injuries.

The cyclists were brothers from California who officials said were competing in a local bike race.

A woman from Washington who was operating the Hyundai Genesis was taken into custody. Police said arrest and charges will be determined following medical evaluation.

Witnesses attempted life-saving measures at the scene, but the cyclists were unresponsive, police said. The two were transported to St. George Regional Hospital where they both died from their injuries.

Police made contact with the suspect, Julie Ann Budge, 47, who told officers that she was taking multiple medications for several various medical issues, one of which was irritable bowel syndrome. The IBS has been causing her to “defecate on herself without warning,” she reportedly told police.

According to the probable cause statement, Budge told officers she was driving from her home in Hurricane when she “began to uncontrollably defecate on herself while driving, so she swerved,” the arresting officer reported.

She reportedly told police she knew she hit the two individuals, but she couldn’t get her car to stop.

“A witness at the scene of the accident stated that it appeared that Julie did not have the intention of stopping after hitting the two cyclists,” the arresting officer wrote. “The witness stated he followed Julie’s vehicle until she pulled over and stopped several hundred yards away from the accident.”

She had allegedly been admitted to the hospital the previous day and had been taking Fentanyl through an IV drip, she told police.

Arresting documents state that Budge failed all field sobriety tests.

“At this time, I placed Julie under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence,” according to the arresting officer’s report.

Budge was transported to the hospital, where a warrant was issued for a blood draw.

The affidavit states she had been convicted for DUI in 2015.

Budge was arrested on suspicion of two counts of automobile homicide due to criminal negligence, both second-degree felonies; two counts of failure to remain at an accident involving death, both third-degree felonies; and two counts of DUI with serious bodily injury by negligent operation, both third-degree felonies. She is also facing a class B misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and an infraction for improper lane travel.

The Country Music Top Awards feature fan-voted country music videos and live performances annually on the CMT Channel in Nashville, Tennessee.

In an effort to be more inclusive of other cultures, the CMT Awards recently began inviting Black performers.

This year the show was co-hosted by actor Anthony Mackie and featured performances by Jimmie Allen and R&B singer Monica.

Last week a white Trump supporter and reporter, Patrick Howley, complained about Black artists at the awards show.
“There were so many Black people there,” Howley said. “Sorry to say, but so many Black celebrities who have nothing to do with country music and it’s, like, why?”

He also criticized Mackie for hosting the CMT Awards on Monday.

“I don’t know who this Black guy who’s hosting it. It’s supposed to be country music. No offense. I mean, y’all have hip-hop and basketball… Just fly with your flock, bro.”

Howley played a tape of Mackie hosting the CMT Awards and imitated a Black accent to mock the actor:

“The melanated people invented country music! We was making country music in Wakanda before Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard done stole the Black man’s country music!”

After his comments drew backlash on Twitter, Howley claimed he isn’t racist because he listens to Black music…:rolleyes:

“No disrespect to the funky brothers,” he continued. “I love Earth Wind and Fire, Run DMC, etc. But country music’s different… It’s not Wakanda.”

Black folks have been involved in country music since its inception going back to the early 1900s.
Anthony Mackie had every right to be there.

On Wednesday, Pierce Morgan released a 30-second trailer of an interview, where Trump can be seen asking to “turn the camera off” before apparently storming out of the interview when asked about Trump’s stolen election claims.

Morgan said that Trump had received a message showing the negative things the former Good Morning Britain host had said about him.

“I was supposed to have 20 minutes with him, we had a very heated argument before we even got on air,” Morgan said while speaking on Lorraine.
“Somebody close to Nigel Farage, who works for a competitor, sent Mr. Trump a 3-page dossier of all the criticism I have made of him during the pandemic and after the election.”
Farage, the former leader of the U.K.'s Brexit party, is now a presenter on GB News, a British network.

Morgan went on to emphasize that he always attempts to be fair when it comes to discussing the former president. He also said one of the issues that arose between himself and Trump, during the interview, was the 2020 election.
“I have tried to be more balanced than probably most journalists. People are either totally in the tank for him or totally in the tank against him. I have always tried to be somewhere in the middle,” Morgan said.
"This interview is a very good example of that actually because we got 70-odd minutes in the end compared to the 20 I was supposed to get. It is a riveting interview, it is fascinating, revealing and a lot of it is fun.
“We have some laughs about certain things, I agree with him on a number of things and the bone of contention, that the promo is about, is simply when I get to this part of the interview which I think is at the key of what is going on with Donald Trump.”
Morgan continued: "Is Donald Trump the right guy [for the Republican Party in 2024] if he refuses to accept he lost the last free democratic election, should he be entitled to run again? That is what this is all about.
“He is surrounded by a lot of people who keep telling him ‘you are right, Mr President, it was stolen’, I looked him straight in the eye, as you see in the promo, and said I don’t think you did [have the election stolen].”
Trump has repeatedly made baseless claims alleging that the election was “rigged” and that he should have won with the 72 million ballots cast for him and running mate Mike Pence.
The belief that the election was stolen from Trump became the grounds on which a pro-Trump mob stormed the Capitol building on January 6, 2021 in an effort to block Congress from certifying the electoral college votes, which would go on to cement President Joe Biden’s victory with 306 votes to Trump’s 232.

Following the trailer going viral, Trump issued a statement in which he criticized Morgan and said the video was deceptively edited. Trump’s Director of Communications, Taylor Budowich, shared the statement to his Twitter page.

The interview is set to air on his new show, Piers Morgan Uncensored, which launches next week on TalkTV, a subsidiary of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation.

Tennessee bill proposes DUI drivers to pay child support in deadly crash
The bill passed the Senate unanimously and is now named after the children of a Chattanooga police officer who was hit and killed by a DUI driver in 2019.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee bill that would require a person to pay child support if convicted of the vehicular homicide of a parent while driving under the influence passed the Senate on Wednesday.

House Bill 1834 unanimously passed on the Senate floor after being amended to also name the proposed law after the children of a Chattanooga police officer, Nicholas Galinger, who was struck and killed in 2019 by a woman driving while intoxicated.

Janet Hinds hit and killed Galinger while he was inspecting an overflowing manhole on Hamill Road in Chattanooga. A jury convicted Hinds of vehicular homicide by intoxication, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of a crash in September 2021, and a judge later sentenced her to 11 years in prison.

On Wednesday, Senator Mike Bell (R-Riceville) introduced an amendment that would add the names of Galinger’s two children to the law: “Ethan’s, Hailey’s, and Bentley’s Law.” It was originally just named “Bentley’s Law” after the orphaned grandchild of Cecilia Williams, a Missouri woman who lost her son, daughter-in-law, and four-month-old grandchild in a DUI crash.
The amendment passed unanimously.
Under this bill, if a defendant is convicted of vehicular homicide due to intoxication or aggravated vehicular homicide, and the victim of the offense was the parent of a minor child, then the sentencing court must order the defendant to pay restitution in the form of child maintenance to each of the victim’s children until each child reaches 18 years of age and has graduated from high school or the class of which the child is a member when the child reached 18 years of age has graduated.

aylor Greene (R-GA) was grilled under oath in court Friday as she sought to defend her place on the ballot for this year’s midterms—and had some trouble keeping track of her own wild past statements.

Greene insisted she couldn’t remember much throughout her testimony Friday as she was asked about her involvement with the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol. Greene’s status on the May 14 primary ballot was challenged by a Georgian voter, who argued she should be disqualified due to her encouragement of Congress not certifying Joe Biden’s 2020 win.

“I do not remember” was Greene’s response to multiple questions about whether she spoke to government officials about the run-up to the Capitol attack, including election deniers Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and anyone in the White House.

Greene could not evade all her past actions, however. After she initially denied calling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) a “traitor to our country,” the lawyer questioning her proceeded to pull out an exhibit contradicting her statement. She then tried to backtrack her initial denial, arguing Pelosi’s support for migrants crossing the border amounted to betraying her oath of office.

“Oh no, wait, hold on now! I believe, by not securing the border, that violates her oath of office,” Greene said. The lawyer had to remind Greene that he had not asked about Pelosi’s commitment to her constitutional oath before citing a CNN article including Greene’s comments, which said Pelosi was “guilty of treason” which is “punishable by death.”

Greene’s dalliance with amnesia is not new. After her head-turning appearance at the white nationalist America First Political Action Conference, Greene tried to deny knowing who white nationalist Nick Fuentes was and what he stood for. Her claims were almost immediately quashed after a photo of the two posing together was posted on Twitter.

She is the second Republican lawmaker to face the threat of disqualification. Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) also had his status challenged due to his actions on Jan. 6, but a judge struck it down. If Greene is found to be ineligible for the May 14 primary, a notice will be placed next to her name indicating votes for her will not count.

A woman in Harris County was arrested for trying to bribe a deputy by offering sexual acts.

Dulce Ortiz, 21, was arrested and charged with bribery, according to a post by Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

On April 20, deputies responded to the 5900 block of James C. Leo Drive in reference to a crash.
A witness there told deputies that a female driver hit a curb, drove over a flower bed and damaged a neighborhood sign before fleeing on foot.
Witnesses also said that a man arrived to the scene of the crash and attempted to take the blame for the crash before police arrived.
The female suspect, identified as Ortiz, then returned to the scene displaying signs of intoxication.
It was determined that she was the driver who crashed the vehicle.
