The Bible does not explicitly state “..a woman shall not lie with a woman..”
However, some interpret verses in Leviticus as prohibiting same-sex sexual acts between women.
It does forbid it, generally, by forbidding immoral or unnatural sex acts for women. See Romans 1:26
For this cause (ujuaji: people imagining they are very clever, creating gods on their own terms) God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature.
(These are the things which the wild orgies organised by Roman Empire perverts brought to Judea after conquest.)
I think any sane person would agree that lesbianism, anal sex, sex with dolls and bestiality are all vile affections which are against nature. But for the same spiritual haughtiness where people create their own rules, they’ll argue that it’s not written.
Here is another thought: even though many things might not be written anywhere, there are things the heart of a human being feels chastised by, the part of our souls called the conscience. We know without anyone telling us that some things are wrong, because the conscience accuses us. This is how Cain knew inwardly that murdering Abel was wrong, yet he was the first person to do it. It’s the same reason people feel haunted by a hidden crime till they confess it, yet no one would know if they said nothing. God must have installed that in everyone, so that we have a moral compass within us, even without preachers.
