Am still surprised that our MPs passed a law that restrict party hopping, bearing in mind they are power hungry individuals. How did they do that? It’s not realistic. I believe there is a loophole. They cannot just let their seats be determined by the outcome of nominations. What do you think, wanakijiji

Yes indeed there is a loophole, just get a direct certificate from a small party if you smell nomination defeat. BTW Gov Mutua’s Chap Chap party is making a killing because of this

I believe even Raila has an escape plan to it too since he might not be nominated by NASA… I would suspect that he has a dual membership or he is a jubilee mole.

election year my friend…you try and lose as fewer as you can. lakini it’s playing safely as nominations tend to throw many into oblivion.
but wasn’t the party hopping law supposed to curb such realignments?
It is meant to make it hard for losers in nominations to go to other parties and contest.
