I personally think for that price point they are decent apartments and workmanship is decent.
Ngoja,so 1370 households were fitted into that tiny space.Add the ever multiplying peasants and you have yourself thousands of screaming little brats in the evening and on weekends.I hope you are not thinking of living there.
I also think, they are not bad for the tagged price. The downside for me is, the place looks crowdy.
Uko sitaishi. I don’t even have enough money to buy myself an apartment there…just posted because a friend of mine is seriously interested in getting himself one. I was discouraging him from doing so because I think the place is tiny and overcrowded…but to each his own anyway

So far, kitu naona as catchy about these houses compared to its environs is the price. 3 bedroom na 4 million is really a very good deal in Nairobi!
