Park Inn Hotel Nairobi Westlands | Westlands | 12 fl |Complete

As our economy continues to grow and enhanced with rapid infrastructure ongoing projects then more FDI investors troop in.

The Park Inn Nairobi Westlands is Rezidor’s first Park Inn by Radisson on Kenya and also the first in East Africa. It will be located in Woodvale Grove in the popular commercial and economic Westlands area of Nairobi, 5 km northwest of the city centre. The local head quarters of the United Nations and several international businesses are nearby. Nairobi itself is Kenya’s capital – a thriving modern city with 3 million inhabitants and the commercial centre of East Africa. Nairobi is also nicknamed the “Safari Capital City of the World”.

The new hotel will offer 126 rooms, an RBG grill restaurant, a bar & lobby lounge, 2 meeting- and 2 board rooms, a business centre, a gym, and a rooftop swimming pool and terrace.

“Also East Africa is a very suitable development region for Park Inn by Radisson with Nairobi as a centre. We will target cities and larger towns which fall within a two hours flying time north, south, east and west of Nairobi, and develop a regional network”, ended Kurt Ritter.

Good.
However, my guess about the hoteliers is that they are onto something. With the current wave of new hotels…kuna kitu sioni yenye wanaona.

Day room ni ngapi hapo kwa hiyo Radisson Black Label?

Here is the booking link: Rooms are $100, day rooms i don’t know.

https://www.parkinn.com/hotel-nairobi

The rate should be the same…

well they havent written for a day room but per night…

14k is reasonable enough!

at that price, Tune Hotel will remain packed

nice

I bet it’s very exhilarating to be the architect designing this building and then seeing it come to life,

I think this Radisson-Black has its pricing all wrong. This should be a “budget” hotel akin to Tune hotel down the road. As it is the price difference between this Radisson and the the one in Upper Hill is $50 for a standard room.
Meanwhile The Concorde in parklands will give you this for that 14k per night

Ask the appropriate question.
Room ya ka-shoti ni ngapi?

More Investors trooping in today, lets await the news.

Hii hoteli sio yakina kidero and his cronies, asking on behalf of matatu owners along waiyaki way who were chased from that stage last month?

in most cases, these global brands are just engaged to manage the hotels at a fee because of the brand they bring. in most cases, the hotels belong to the local rich, politicians and mostly looters. think of eurobond, Kenya pipeline, big tenders. Kwani where do you think all that money will be hidden if not in these hotels. Hapa hakuna FDI. the only FDI are those expatriates coming in to continue keeping the price of real estate high

Hiyo bus stop will be the nuisance especially majioni ,it has always been that way.The challenge is wametengeza entry but not the exit.Driving back to Waiyaki is still a nightmare.I work at a building just next to it and i know the pain .The biggest losers on this development are the taxi ,mechanics and breakdown guys who used to conduct their business round that area.
