Well,my son is turning 5 months kesho and think it high time aanze kula food.Currently,amekuwa akikunywa formula for the last 3 months na uji mixed with milk for the last one month.
Dilemma ni kuwa akikunywa formula (210ml),recommended quantity for his age,he does not get full,anabaki amelia ni kama hajashiba once amemaliza the bottle but with uji same quantity he is OK.
Sasa swali ni what foods can I begin with for weaning?

Weaning starts at 6 months @Yollo. Unless the mum has no enough milk or is working. Malenge and spinach and a little ndizi blended will work well for him. No salt please,at,this tender age.

and make sure he gets a fruit smoothie in the afternoon ,preferably pawpaw, because in most cases when solid foods are introduced to an infant,chances of constipation and hard stool are very high.
