I voted Raila, I got sick when Ruto won. I knew it is darkness there after, nothing happening surprises me.
Btw if Rigathi Gachagua is going home for saying shareholders based on agreements made during campaigns, isn’t it fair Martha koome goes home for saying hot air instead of a well àrgued judgement based on law?
Meanwhile, I think Gachaguas lawyers are too political when they should be more legal at this stage. They were too legal at the political stage.
Above all, impeachment is all about calling into question someone’s conduct. It’s a political process and the only legal think about it is how the process should be done.
I guess that’s why the lawyers are insisting 74 days which is a very useless argument since the law says within 14,60 days.
I think Gachagua is going home.
