Sometimes unashindwa kutetea bonobos. Before I go on a ballistic rant, can someone tell me what’s happening here?

The silly county leadership wants the cement guy to channel the money thru them…ndio warambe and gain popularity… very dumb. The guy refused and even stopped paying those hospital bills early this month, the next day the governor himuselfu went to the media grudgingly asking the guy to resume paying hospital bills etc. The guy is fed up and has decided to relocate all the beautification artefacts he had built all over Mombasa to Kilifi county.
Hio designated channel is a way to ensure wanakula nusu before transferring the rest to Coast General Hospital, if that. When he pays directly to the hosi, the money has already hit the books and can’t be touched.
Thing is, the entity cannot continue paying bills and feeding people when there is a government. Sooner or alter there is bound to be a disconnect because he will not provide he same financial help forever. Some accountability has to be demanded because this philanthropy may have a lot of other things that the naked eye cannot see.
A proper government should start looking into how a single entity can be giving such colossal amounts without something giving elsewhere…
Seems counterproductive but in the long run, there may be some form of revelation.
Plausible explanation. Philanthropy is not bad, but the government must do the heavy lifting first.
The only way to know what gives is to wait until the day his donations affect the recipients in some way. Say, the food causes poisoning or the spread of cholera. That’s when he will understand the full force of the government. But let’s hope none of such happens.
Anakaribishwa Kilifi. Hao waarabu wa Mombasa Ni washenzi.

Same thing happened in Kilifi. The CG ordered him to channel funds through them. He had began a project where everyone in the rural area with a title deed and a family would receive a fully built house, cemented , electrified, and a water tank and some cash. Abd weekly food deposits free.
He had done about 100 and was planning about 10,000 more when the county got wind of the project. They stopped him and tild him to give them the billions. He objected and was shut down
His food comes directly from his factory. If there are issues the KEBS already certified his factory. He uses normal lorries to transport it. He uses workers in OFFICIAL uniform to distribute it. The food is distributed via the area chief. Tamaa ndio inawaskuma
Nimeona hizo ndovu Malindi Roundabout.
