most Black Americans have no afinity to Kenya. Because the trans-atlantic slave trade hapenned in such a way that ensured most came from the Bight of Benin and the West coast of Africa. From Angola to Senegal. The Eastern most source of Slaves in the Americas was Mozambique but most of those ended up in Brazil because they were trafficked by the portuguese. Now, Kenya is better placed to actively engage the Siddis of India and Pakistan to visit and maybe settle if they wish to, because they clearly are Eastern African, most probably Kenyans and Tanzanians…they look like it, and Arab Traders did indeed traffick slaves from this place.
Black Americans in general have no affiliation with East Africa.
But the did you know Kamba people exist in Uruguay and Paraguay where they were taken by the Portuguese. The Kamba Cua and the Kamba Kouke communities live in those areas. These are people that should also be given Kenyan citizenship and allowed to come and visit there homeland and decide of settling here again.
Yes the siddis and also some black peoples in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and even Oman, Yemen and the Bantus of Somalia.
I wish Kenya was active like Ghana in trying to bring African descendants back home in terms resettlement’s and visitation tours.
