outsmarting trade marking

Apple Can’t Do Anything About An Italian Company Calling Itself Steve Jobshttp://cdn2.ubergizmo.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/steve-jobs-italian-company-640x427.jpg
Brothers Vincenzo and Giacomo Barbato

having discovered that Apple had never trademarked the name of its co-founder and ex-CEO Steve Jobs, these two smarta$$es launched their clothing and accessory brand in Italy that sells t-shirts, jeans, bags, and other fashion items, and called it Steve Jobs
they’ve won the right to call their company so

Apple lost in court because it went after their brand’s logo which is a stylized letter “J” that has a bite taken out of it much like the Apple logo. There’s even an Apple-style leaf at the top of their logo.

Court’s decision, since the letter “J” is not edible, a bite taken out of the side cannot be constituted as ripping off Apple’s trademarked logo. The court upheld the brothers’ trademark. Now their scope is wide and are thinking of delving into producing and selling electronic devices under the Steve Jobs brand.lucky smart bastards

i’m thinking of 'microhard’:D:D:D:D:D:D,small yet powerful.but what to sell?:(:(:(:frowning:

Erectile dysfuntion pills Cialis, Vigra, Sildenfil, Spedra… The company catchprase can be “Die Hard”

with a slogan ‘Didn’t see that cumming?’

Good job, Apple has fucked over other businesses too by stealing their ideas.
