You need to understand how it works

  1. Nobody has reported 20M stolen that could be linked to Sudi in anyway.
  2. No .ke court has show that said 20M is proceeds of crime.
  3. If you have any information that said 20M was stolen somewhere, report to DCI or nearest police station.

So, there is no way the church guys can know its stolen money.
