Yes. But you have yo buy in bulk. Every vender with the minimum number for each item. You cannot pay by mpesa. You can contact a local logistics company and give them the link so that they purchase on behalf and charge you and you pay via mpesa. Not advisable to use your visa. Aliexpress is theirs. Prices are higher but u can pay by mpesa and buy per piece
