Ushawahi sikia kitu inaitwa strategic choices? You are responsible for your circumstances but it is human nature to lay blame elsewhere. Always remember that you are most vulnerable in your comfort zone. Most people find themselves in the boiling frog situation until it is too late to jump.

Will you just pack and go ama you will wait for the arrears to be paid as you plan your exit. I am assuming you are a bachelor with no responsibilities. Most Kenyans aren’t ambitious I think out of the conditioning that starts at an early age that prepares everyone to be a slave.
