There is a lot which can be done for industry locally but it’s being deliberately stifledby the government for the elites interests.especially in the food processing industry.so as to benefit them.dairy, coffee and sugar industry can thrive the cottage industry way…the moribund department of dietetics can promote use ofcheese butter and ghee locally instead of them being considered elite.
Italy and France had numerous cottage dairy industries which gradually through mergers and acquisitions gave birth to behemoths like danone,parmalat and cirio.without these stupid beaurecracies around we can easily replicate these.with our copycat mentality while creating jobs and wealth.but that cannot happen for obvious reasons.
