Normally after the traffic officers determine the cause of the accident then that person’s insurance pays but only if the accident happened do to unavoidable/unforseable succumstances,but if the accident happened due to that persons negligence,i.e ignoring traffick rules,insurance companies dont usually compesate for losses incured due to stupidity,its the person to meet the expensses.
so, what if its the bully bus brakes that failed?
