Millions others are in the informal sector raking in sometimes 5 figures.
Kuajiriwa Kenya ni kukuwa Government’s cash cow. SLAVE
What biz?
You guyz overhype jua kali.
Ndio you make a clean 100 k each month. Whole year in jua kali, so rahisi
Mechanic mgani?
Maduka gani?
But si matatu we husema hakuna kitu?
Making a clean 100k each month (yearly) through biz SI RAHISI
Pesa iko huko nje.., maduka za wholesale, matatu kuna pesa kama hauna deni, mechanics wenye ma garage
Nyinyi ndio huchocha watu waache employment they venture into jua kali wakidhani ni rahisi. Btw, any jua kali business making 10K profit per day na hii uchumi ya kasongo is a very serious business
The sad truth. Formal employment is a reliable way for government including foreign governments to exert control. You wonder what’s wrong with some of these people who set up such a system.
To prevent economic slavery to a bunch of people we’ve never met.
Pesa iko huku nje inategemea unatafuta aje…
But any business making 10K profit per day saa hii is doing very well.
Let’s not bury our heads in the sand. Lucky you if 10K profit per day kwa biashara yako saa hii ni peanuts..
Kipii @Sanchez11 is right. Jua Kali kuna pesa but there tends to be only a few dominant players and most jua kali people are just surviving. Usually utapata very few businesses pull over 300k per month net profit. Halafu utapata one person has like 10 branches making the wealth even more concentrated.
Angalia business kama hizi restaurants akina Sanford zenye uni students eat at. CBD ziko kama 20+ na ni one company. Its not 20 different people sharing profits but probably one family.
Angalia town yako. That successful businessman utapata ako na duka kama nne in that area. Its not 4 people with profitable businesses but one person dominating a local market. Everyone else in that area is earning peanuts.
So 300k a month. Where do you come up with these figures?
Ruto ako biashara. You clearly heard who is supplying construction materials. Ile ukora iko kwa hizo housing projects. Listened to Housing PS kwa Citizen TV last week and he was almost sweating blood during the interview
haha wacha nicheke if jua kali people were making that much wangekuwa kwa tax bracket. Jua kali is very hard
FUCK YOU. I am just saying any business making 10K saa hii na uchumi ya kasongo is doing very well. Jua Kali is not easy as you people put it. But ikikubali, you escape the matrix
Some people in jua kali make millions. But they are the minority. Everyone else is just surviving. Jua kali hukuwa na tendency ya a few big players dominating a market at the expense of everyone else. Why will I buy from the local shop when the big supermarket is a few minutes away with all the products I need at a big discount? The supermarket owner is making millions as shop owners earn peanuts. Most industries ziko hivyo. A few large players earn most of the money and everyone else is a shit-muncher.
Educate him. Even farmers, animal herders wako hio mrengo. He has never met Samburu with their shuka but mtu Ako na 2000+ animals, hana makao maalum
